Deletion is permanent. There is no grace period and no way to undo it — once you confirm, your account is removed immediately.

In the app (fastest)

Open Leli and sign in with your mobile number.
Go to the You tab and tap Delete account.
Read what will be removed, type DELETE to confirm, and tap delete. Your account is removed straight away and you’re signed out.

By email (if you can’t use the app)

Email hello@aaroora.com with the subject Delete my account and the mobile number you sign in with. We’ll confirm it’s your number before deleting, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

Your name, profile photos, mobile number, city and location.
Documents you uploaded for tournament registrations (ID, age proof, medical certificate and so on).
Your sports, rank and points history.
Your team memberships — the teams themselves stay for their other members.
Your list of people you’ve added, and your entry in other people’s lists.
Your sign-in. Signing up again later with the same number creates a new, empty account with none of your previous history.

What stays, with your identity removed

Matches and tournaments you played in — your name reads “Deleted user”, and your number is removed from match line-ups, so opponents’ and teammates’ records stay correct.
Records of in-app purchases, kept as tax and accounting law requires and no longer linked to you.
Photos you added to a team or a tournament, which stay with that team or tournament for its other members.

When we ask you to wait

Leli won’t delete an account while doing so would leave other people stranded. The app will tell you if either of these applies:

You’re running a tournament that is published, taking registrations or in play — it must finish first.
You’re the captain of a team that has other members — hand the captaincy to someone else, or remove the team, first.
