These terms govern your use of the Leli app and the leli.app website, operated by AAROORA Technologies. By creating an account or using Leli you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
1. Eligibility
If you run a tournament, you must have the right to hold the event you list.
2. Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your number secure. Tell us straight away if you suspect someone else is using your account.
3. Adding other people
When you add someone to a team, line-up or squad, you confirm you know them and that they are happy for their name and number to be used on Leli for that match or tournament. Don’t add people who haven’t agreed to it.
4. Tournaments and registrations
- Organizers set their own rules, formats, schedules and prizes, and decide whether to accept, waitlist or reject each registration. Leli reviews tournaments before they’re made public, but the tournament is run by its organizer.
- Registering for a tournament in Leli is free. If an organizer lists an entry fee or a prize, that is an arrangement between the organizer and the players, made outside Leli — Lelidoesn’t collect entry fees or pay out prizes and isn’t a party to those arrangements.
- We aren’t responsible for how an event is run, for prize or rule disputes between organizers and players, or for events that are changed or cancelled.
5. In-app purchases
Some features are paid in-app purchases — for example, publishing a tournament, a rated match, or displaying a sponsor. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, under their payment terms; refunds are handled by the store under its refund policy. A purchase unlocks the feature it was bought for and isn’t transferable. The leli.app website doesn’t sell anything.
6. Live scoring and rank
Results are recorded by the match’s scorer and become final when the match is finished. If a result is wrong, contact us — we may review and correct it. Rank points are calculated by Leli’s own system, which we may recalibrate; they’re a guide to form, not a guarantee of skill.
7. Sponsors
Organizers can show sponsors on their tournaments. Whoever adds a sponsor must have the right to use its name and logo. Offers and prizes from sponsors are between the sponsor and the organizer or players; Leli only displays them.
8. Code of conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone on Leli or at an event.
- Record false scores, manipulate rank points, or fix matches.
- Upload content you don’t have the rights to, or content that is illegal in India.
- Try to bypass security, scrape data, or interfere with the service.
- Use Leli for gambling, betting, or any illegal activity.
We may remove content, unpublish tournaments, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
9. If you run a tournament
- You’re responsible for the safety and legality of your event and its venue.
- Treat registrations fairly and use registration details and documents only to run your tournament.
- Keep the information on your tournament accurate — dates, venue, format and prizes.
10. Content you submit
You keep ownership of the photos, names and other content you add. You grant AAROORA Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it as needed to run Leli — for example, on tournament pages, scorecards and share images.
11. Disclaimers
Leli is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that scores or rank points are free of mistakes, or that any tournament will take place as listed. Sport carries physical risk — play within your ability and follow venue rules.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AAROORA Technologies’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Leli is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the three months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
13. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may suspend or terminate an account for breaking these terms, fraud, or other risk. Sections that by their nature should survive — content licences, disclaimers and liability — continue after an account ends.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Leli after a change means you accept it.
