These terms govern your use of leli, operated by AAROORA Technologies. By creating an account or using any part of the service you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law. Tournament organizers and ground owners must additionally be operating a legitimate business and represent that they have the right to list their venue or event.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for the activity on your account. Don’t share your sign-in. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Bookings and payments
leli does not currently process any payments. Ground booking is retired; tournament registration is free. If we introduce paid features later, we'll update these terms before turning them on.
4. Tournaments
Tournament organizers set their own eligibility rules, schedules, and refund terms. leli's eligibility evaluator is a convenience for both sides — final acceptance rests with the organizer, who confirms or rejects each pending registration. We are not responsible for outcomes, prize disputes, or rule interpretations between organizers and players.
5. Live scoring and ratings
Match results are recorded by a designated scorer and become final when the “Finish & share” action is submitted. After that, only an admin score correction can change the result. Skill ratings are computed by an Elo-style system; the algorithm and K-factor may change as we calibrate. Your rating is a guide to skill level, not a guarantee.
6. Code of conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user, owner, organizer, or our staff.
- Submit false scores, manipulate ratings, or collude to throw matches.
- Upload content you don’t own the rights to, or content that is illegal in India.
- Attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or interfere with the service.
- Use the platform to facilitate gambling, betting, or any illegal activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice. Repeat violations may lead to a permanent ban pending investigation.
7. Ground owners and organizers
- You are responsible for the safety, sanitation, and legality of your event.
- You must honour confirmed registrations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations will result in suspension.
8. Content you submit
You retain ownership of your photos, reviews, and chat messages. You grant AAROORA Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You can delete your content at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that bookings will be uninterrupted, that ratings reflect any particular skill, or that any listed ground meets any specific standard beyond what its owner posts. Sport involves physical risk — play within your ability and follow venue rules.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAROORA Technologies’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to leli in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraud, or other risk. Sections that by nature survive termination — payment obligations, content licenses, disclaimers, liability — continue after the account ends.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
