Common questions
I’m not getting my sign-in code.
Check the number and country code, wait a minute, then tap resend. Codes come by SMS, so you need mobile signal. If it still doesn’t arrive, email us from any address with your number and we’ll look into it.
My registration is still “pending”.
Registering is free; your entry stays pending until the tournament’s organizer accepts it. Use the contact details on the tournament page to reach them. If they don’t respond, email us with the tournament link and we’ll help chase.
I want to withdraw from a tournament.
Open the tournament in the app and tap Withdraw. For a dispute with an organizer, email us with the tournament link and we’ll get back to you.
A score or my rank looks wrong.
Results are final once the scorer finishes the match. If one was recorded incorrectly, email us with the match link — we can review it and correct the result, and rank points update with it.
I bought something in the app and it didn’t unlock.
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store. Reopen the app on the same account to retry; if it still hasn’t unlocked, email us with the store’s order number. Refunds are handled by the store under its refund policy.
I’m organizing a tournament.
Create it in the app from the Tournaments tab — set the sport, format, dates, rules and what teams need to register, then publish. Every tournament is reviewed before it goes public. Email us if you need a hand with anything tricky like seeding or byes.
Someone added my number and I want it removed.
Email us with your number and the team or match it appears in, and we’ll remove it.
I want to delete my account.
In the app: You → Delete account. Or see Delete your account for other ways and what happens to your data.
