Common questions
My registration is stuck on “pending”.
v1 tournaments are free — your registration sits at pending until the organizer confirms your entry. Reach out to the organizer through the contact details on the tournament page. If they're unresponsive, email us with the tournament id and we'll help chase.
I want to cancel a registration.
Open the tournament in the app and tap “Cancel registration”. If you have a dispute against an organizer, email us with the tournament and registration IDs and our ops team will respond within 48 hours.
My score / rating looks wrong.
Match results lock when the scorer taps “Finish & share”. If a result was recorded incorrectly, the scorer or the opponent can email us with the match ID — admins can apply a score correction, which automatically recomputes the rating delta.
I want to delete my account.
In the app: You → Delete account. Or email us from the address on your account. See the data retention section of the privacy policy.
I’m organizing a tournament.
You can build a tournament inside the app under your organizer tab — set eligibility, custom fields, document requirements, and entry fee, then publish. Email us if you need a hand with anything tricky like seeding or bye rounds.
